Where and when Livreur 24h answers
The service runs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, public holidays included, in Marrakech and Rabat. In Marrakech that covers Gueliz, Hivernage, the Medina, Daoudiate, Mellah, Palmeraie and the other areas on our contact page. In Rabat it covers Agdal, Hassan, Hay Riad, Souissi, Ocean, Yacoub El Mansour and nearby neighbourhoods. If your address is not listed, message us and we will check before confirming.
What a courier can and cannot do in an emergency
- A courier can collect a meal, emergency groceries or pharmacy products, including from the on-duty pharmacy, and bring them to your address.
- A courier does not replace a doctor or a pharmacist and is not an emergency service: in a life-threatening situation, call the emergency services first.
- You get the price and estimated time before you confirm; timing varies with the hour, traffic and product availability.
- We act as a delivery intermediary, as set out in our terms and conditions.
