By using Livreur 24h's services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Service

Livreur 24h is a delivery intermediary service operating in Marrakech. We collect orders from restaurants, pharmacies or other establishments and deliver them to customers at the address specified. We are not directly responsible for the quality of products provided by third-party establishments.

2. Order & Payment

Orders are placed via WhatsApp. The delivery fee is confirmed before departure. Payment is made in cash on delivery. No refund is possible once the order has been collected.

3. Delivery Times

Delivery times given are estimates and may vary depending on traffic conditions, the distance between the establishment and the delivery address, and preparation times. Livreur 24h cannot be held responsible for delays due to circumstances beyond its control.

4. Coverage Area

Our service covers Marrakech and its immediate surroundings. Any delivery outside this area is subject to prior agreement and may involve additional charges.

5. Changes

Livreur 24h reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
